Online Driver Improvement Program 8 Hour

The objective of this program is to create a lasting and corrective influence on individual driving performance.  

Whether you were referred by a court, or if you are seeking to get positive DMV points, or if you are simply trying to improve your driving ability, whatever your reason for coming, we welcome you and are glad you are with us. We have put this program together with the goal of helping you to be a better, safer driver.   

In this program we will address important elements of driving and highway safety. Some of the information you may have learned when you first learned to drive and for those items, this will be a refresher course. Some of the items presented may be new to you, in which case, we hope you will put these ideas into practice. Some of the items we will be discussing, you probably have learned and experienced over your driving career but never really thought about them. The developers of this program have devoted many years to Traffic Safety and instructing classes in Driver Improvement and are confident that if you follow the principles and strategies contained in this course, you will be a better, safer driver.

The program has been developed with the guidance of the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and established in accordance with DMV requirements and guidelines.
